There are many ways you can have it, and here is our recommendation for a 16-oz portion:
Throw in a blender three lemons chopped w/ peel 🔪
Add 1/2 glass of purified or filtered water 💧
Add 2 teaspoons of that beautiful Manuka honey 🍯
Add a handful of ice and chopped up pieces of ginger or mint, depending on whether your taste buds want a bitter-sweet sting, or a light, airy, and slightly sharp taste 🧊🫚🌱
Blend together 🧃
