Several studies claim that this drink helps burn fat, clear acne, and flush toxins from the body. Honey is a storehouse of antioxidants—flavonoids and phenolic compounds—and essential vitamins and minerals.

Daily Summer Recommendations:

There are many ways you can have it, and here is our recommendation for a 16-oz portion:

  1. Throw in a blender three lemons chopped w/ peel 🔪

  2. Add 1/2 glass of purified or filtered water 💧

  3. Add 2 teaspoons of that beautiful Manuka honey 🍯

  4. Add a handful of ice and chopped up pieces of ginger or mint, depending on whether your taste buds want a bitter-sweet sting, or a light, airy, and slightly sharp taste 🧊🫚🌱

  5. Blend together 🧃

  6. - and there it is! A fresh, sweet summer drink with all the goodness!
